We offer training contracts to support those who want to become a recognised solicitor registered with the SRA. We fund this progression and fully support the employee/s during their studies.
For our more junior staff, we encourage them to enrol onto the CILEX which is fully funded by High Street Solicitors as part of their personal development plan. CILEX is the professional body for Chartered Legal Executives, legal practitioners, paralegals and apprentices.
We encourage the younger generation to work within our firm, by offering an apprenticeship scheme. As we believe young employees can bring a fresh perspective and a different way of thinking to the business. This enthusiasm encourages staff moral and future asperations for the business, to a modern level of appearances.
