Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing a high quality legal service to all our clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.

We confirm that we will investigate any complaint which you may have cause to make against any of our solicitors or fee earners, or the firm provided that it is within 6 months of the conclusion of us acting for you, or 6 months from us ceasing to act for you.
